INTRODUCTION

Advocacy and legal practice:

Legal practice is professional legal assistance provided by a lawyer in accordance with the law to protect human rights and freedoms, the legitimate interests of legal entities, and to promote the rule of law. We strive to follow these principles while providing legal assistance.

In providing legal assistance, the lawyer:

Provides legal advice and explanations in oral and written form;
Prepares applications, complaints, petitions, and other legal documents;
Represents the client in civil and arbitration cases;
Provides defense or representation in criminal and administrative cases in state bodies, investigative agencies, and courts;
Assists in legal matters with institutions, organizations, or citizens of foreign states;
Provides legal services to legal entities of all forms of ownership and to individuals and legal entities of foreign states;
Represents clients in international courts and arbitration bodies, state and judicial bodies of foreign states if not contrary to their laws and international agreements of Turkmenistan;
Represents clients in state institutions, organizations, local authorities, public associations, and in relations with individuals;
